EARTH EXPLAINED · FOR TEACHERS AND STUDENTS

Lessons

Each episode tells one story of the planet, with a lesson guide built around it.

Every guide has learning objectives, key vocabulary, a chapter outline with timestamps, common misconceptions, discussion questions, a quiz that checks itself, a written-response section, university extension problems, standards alignment, the full transcript, caption files and cited sources. Each one prints three ways: a student handout with room to write, a teacher copy with the answer key, and the transcript. Each episode can be played from this site with captions where a school network blocks YouTube.
